Documents Required for Admission

  1. Attested photocopy of Birth Certificate issued by Municipal Corporation / Zila Panchayat Office.

  2. Transfer Certificate in Original issued from the previous school (with counter signature) shall have to be submitted at the time of fee deposition. (If Applicable)

  3. Attested Photocopy of Progress Report Issued from the previous school. (If Applicable)

  4. Attested Photocopy of Aadhar Card.

  5. Caste Certificate/ Minority Certificate (if any)

Note :

  1. If any of these documents are not submitted, the form will be rejected and no further correspondence will be entertained.

  2. The name of the child and D.O.B. once filled in shall not be changed later in any case
